Development of apartment buildings as part of our project work, where the location makes them practical.
Working with landowners
Selling your land outright is not the only option. Landowners can discuss a development partnership instead, where the land is developed and returns are shared according to an agreement.
Partnership arrangements differ from project to project. We start with a conversation about your land, your goals, and the timeline you have in mind, and terms are agreed case by case.
